Business Development Manager and Head of operation hold a B. Agric degree from the University of Ilorin and MBA in the last 12 years. Bello’s has extensive experience in project planning, bidding, conceptualization and negotiation. He has demonstrated capability in handling complex projects in engineering and deal closure. Bello Lukman is involved in the general procurement and contract bidding process.
